Her experience providing talent and business solutions for global client relationships includes executive selection and recruitment, C-Suite and Board succession, leadership development and talent assessment.
Karen Coplan is the Director of Leadership Acceleration© for HarborCrest International. She has over 17 years of corporate and consulting experience working across a variety of industries. She has led multiple global talent management projects, has completed an expatriate assignment in Spain and is fluent in Spanish. These experiences enable Karen to be particularly effective consulting with leaders who are working in global or multi-cultural environments.
Joe Presto is the founder of Desktop Guerrillas. He also serves as Chief Technology Officer for HarborCrest International, providing strategic advice, counsel and cloud computing services to the firm.
Allen Wurzbach serves HarborCrest International as a Managing Director utilizing his broad search experience combined with his years of corporate and line human resource management experience. Between 1997 and 2009, Mr. Wurzbach served as a Managing Associate in the Global Financial Services Practice of Korn/Ferry International, at first from New York and later from the firm's Stamford, Connecticut office.
