Nancy W. Pearson is President and Founder of HarborCrest International. She has more than 25 years' experience across a wide range of industrial and consumer manufactured products businesses. Her experience providing talent and business solutions for global client relationships includes executive selection and recruitment, C-Suite and Board succession, leadership development and talent assessment.
Ms. Pearson's client relationships include Fortune 20, mid cap businesses and emerging growth companies. Functionally, Ms. Pearson has led executive searches for a broad spectrum of functions including CEO's, Board of Directors, global executive leadership and general management. She has significant experience leading global accounts to provide human capital solutions. Ms. Pearson has worked with clients in succession planning for their next CEO, and leading confidential research activities to provide Fortune 100 companies the opportunity to benchmark their internal succession candidates against Best-in-Class candidates from industry.
Ms. Pearson’s Leadership Acceleration© experience includes leading executive-level leadership assessment engagements in support of client initiatives for succession planning and talent development. Ms. Pearson also has extensive selection assessment experience. She regularly provides targeted business and career coaching to senior executives and is certified in a variety of assessment tools.
Previously, Ms. Pearson spent thirteen years with Korn/Ferry International where she served as a Senior Client Partner. Before joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Pearson was a Director with A.T. Kearney. Prior to entering the executive search industry, she was a Senior Financial Analyst for The New York Times Company and Burson-Marsteller, Inc., where her responsibilities included strategic planning, staffing and compensation analysis.
Ms. Pearson received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from C.W. Post College and is currently pursuing her Advanced Executive Education in Management, Innovation and Technology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management. Ms. Pearson is an alumnus of the Board of Directors' College Program at Stanford University Law School. Ms. Pearson is a Trustee of the Naval Aviation Museum Foundation
